About the regist

I sent a blank email, but no email was returned.

Have you set your spam settings? In that case, you may not be able to receive emails. Please register the domain "kids.gjw.jp" "@fl39.com" so that you can receive it.

When I enter the phone number of the club I attend, the club name doesn't appear.

The phone number may be incorrect. Please check with the club for the phone number.

I registered the wrong club. What should I do now?

From "登録内容変更(Change Registration Details)" on the top page, select "施設・お名前変更(Change Club/Name)". In "【施設選択】(Select Club)," enter the correct club's phone number and click "検索(Search)." When the correct club name is displayed, click "クリックして決定(Click to confirm)."

My siblings use the same club. Can we order multiple lunch boxes if we only register one person?

One account is required for each person to register. You can only order one meal per day per account. As such, you will need to register separately for each person. When doing so, please set different user IDs for siblings. (The same user ID cannot be used.) You can use the same email address and phone number. If you would like to register using an email address that is already registered, please register by clicking "新規登録(New Registration)".

One child uses multiple clubs depending on the day.(For example, one day he/she goes to the "キッズクラブ" and another day to the ”児童クラブ”).
In that case, do I need to register for each club?

You will need to register an account for each club. Please set a different user ID for each club. Email addresses and phone numbers can be shared. If you would like to register using an email address that you have already used to register, please register by clicking "新規登録(New Registration)".

What is the payment method?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club. For some cards, such as debit cards and prepaid cards, 11 yen may be deducted upon registration. (The amount will be refunded to your account after 30 to 40 days.)

I can't register bank cash cards as a payment method.

Cash cards are not debit cards. Please register using a debit card.

There are payments that I don't recognize, such as 11 yen.

When you register your card or place an order, a small amount (11 yen) may be debited from your card to check that the card number can be used. For services such as debit cards and prepaid cards, which generally debit charges from your account immediately, there are cases where the charges may be debited immediately. I want to change my registered information.(email address, password, credit card, etc.)

You can change your registration information from the "登録内容変更(Change Registration Information)" menu on the top page.

About the order

I forgot the date I ordered it. I would like to confirm.

You can check the status of your order from the "注文ページ(Orders)" page on the top page.

Where can I find the lunch menu?

You can check the menu from the "献立メニュー(menu)" on the top page.

When is the order deadline?

Orders must be placed by 12 noon one week prior to the delivery date.

When is the cancellation deadline?

Cancellations can be made up until 23:59 on the Sunday one week before the delivery date, which is the same as the order deadline.

I forgot to place my order. Is there anything you can do?

We apologize for the inconvenience.We can't do anything.
We cannot accept changes for orders that have passed the deadline.

I made a mistake on the order date. Can you fix it?

We apologize for the inconvenience.We can't do anything.
If it is before the cancellation deadline, we can only accept cancellations. You cannot place an order as the order deadline has passed.

I placed an order, but my name is not on the order list. I'm sure that I have ordered it, but...

Sometimes the customer forgets to press the "確定する(Confirm)" button after selecting the order date on the calendar. You can check the status of your order by selecting "注文ページ(Orders)" from the top page. If your order has been placed correctly, the details of your order will be sent to your registered email address. Please confirm that your order has been completed by receiving the email.

Credit cards are not accepted.

It may be that you entered the information incorrectly. Please check again, and if it is still not accepted, please contact your credit card company.

The calendar for the date I was supposed to be able to order is closed. What should I do if I want to place an order?

We check with each club in advance to confirm the dates on which orders can be made and set up our calendars. If the calendar is closed, it is likely that you no longer need to order due to an event or other reason, so please contact each club.

Can I take it home? I placed an order, but my child was suddenly absent from school because he was not feeling well. It's a waste, so can I take my lunch home?

For food hygiene reasons, you must finish your lunch box by 14:00 on the day. If you become unwell due to eating after 14:00, it will not be covered by insurance. Therefore, taking them outside the facility or taking them home is strictly prohibited.

I placed an order by the deadline and then canceled it several times. When will I be charged?

Charges are incurred at the time of ordering and refunded upon cancellation. Depending on the payment date of your registered credit card, refunds may span multiple months, please check with your credit card company for details.

When will I receive a refund if I make a cancellation or change?

Credit card company policies may vary. Please contact your card issuer for detailed information.

How will this be displayed on my card statement?

It will be posted as "お弁当サービス" or "オベントウサービス."

Does the bento box come with chopsticks?

No, it does not come with chopsticks. Please bring your own from home.

Do I have to take the trash from my lunch box home with me?

Finished lunch containers will be collected in the afternoon. We cannot accept trash other than lunch boxes. Please check with the club.

Will my registered information remain after the sales period ends?

The personal information you enter will be properly deleted by our company after the sales period of this service ends.

About the allergies

I want to know about allergies.

Please check the Kids Lunch Menu (Allergy Information) before ordering. In addition, the ingredients used are listed (text menu), so please check it.

Can you cater for allergies individually?

We cannot respond to requests on an individual basis. Please check the Kids Lunch Menu (Allergy Information) before ordering.

Can you tell me about any allergies that are not listed on the allergy information?

In addition to the 8 allergens that are required to be listed, there are 20 allergens that are recommended to be listed. Of the 20, if 6 of the allergens - beef, pork, chicken, soy, seafood, and sesame - are used, a circle will be displayed, and if any other items are used, the item will be listed. Please check this list.

Could you please tell me the amount of ingredients and seasonings used per serving?

We cannot answer questions regarding individual usage amounts.

The allergy information "peanuts and walnuts," but are there any other nuts used?

In our Kids Lunches, we do not use any nuts other than the peanuts and walnuts listed on the allergy information. However, the factory also has facilities for adults, and the factory as a whole produces products that contain nuts.

The allergy information mentions "eggs," but does this include fish roe?

The "egg" in the allergy information on the Kids Lunch menu refers to chicken eggs. However, as stated above, chicken eggs and fish roe are handled in the factory.

It seems that the menu uses mayonnaise, but there is no circle next to eggs on the allergy information. Is this wrong?

Our mayonnaise does not contain eggs and is instead made from plants. Therefore, we have not marked the "Eggs".
